Amy Grimmer currently serves as President and CEO of Centripetal Consulting Group. She founded the company in June of 2007 with the concise mission of providing HR outsourcing industry expertise to mid- sized employers. Her clients look to her as a trusted, unbiased resource for understanding the complexity of the HR service provider marketplace. She assists her clients with strategies for selecting the most appropriate HR outsourcing vendors based upon their unique needs. Additionally, she serves HR vendors by providing recruiting services to grow their sales teams. Amy Grimmer has been in the human resource outsourcing industry for the past 9 years representing the functional areas of Recruiting, Health and Welfare Consulting, HR Technology, PEO, and Administrative Outsourcing. Her prior employers include Ceridian, ADP, Aerotek, Advantec, and RSM McGladrey Employer Services. She has consulted with over 700 employers conducting engagements that span multiple facets of HR Outsourcing strategies including Payroll/Tax Filing, HRIS and Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Workers Compensation, PEO and HRO Arrangements, HR Compliance and Strategy, and Recruiting. Amy Grimmer exhibits an extreme passion and dedication towards the HR outsourcing industry and is regarded as an expert in the area HR vendor selection. She is an avid networker, writer, and student of her profession. Amy authors many relevant articles on the various topics within the HR Outsourcing industry. She currently holds a Group 1 Life and Health Insurance License and is in process of obtaining her SPHR certification and Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses. Amy is a graduate of the University of Missouri and holds a BA in Communications and a BA in English.
